**NOTICE is hereby given that the Dauphin County Industrial Development Authority (“The Authority”) will conduct a special meeting on Monday, October 21, 2024, at 1:00 PM. The purpose of the special meeting is to open and review the received proposals related to the sale of the 2.3 MW solar photovoltaic facility. This meeting will be held at the office of the Dauphin County Department of Community & Economic Development, 3211 N. Front Street, Suite 301-C, Harrisburg, PA 17110. **

The Dauphin County Industrial Development was organized in 1967 as the finance arm of the DCDCED. The DCIDA’s work includes tax-exempt and taxable bonds as well as mortgage financing for manufacturing companies and non-profit organizations establishing corporate headquarters in Dauphin County. The DCIDA participates in millions of dollars in new construction and rehabilitation each year through recruitment and expansion projects.
