Application for Developers of New Affordable Housing
Thank you for your interest in applying to the Dauphin County Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF). Before submitting your proposal, please carefully review AHTF Application and Guidelines to ensure your project aligns with our requirements Once your application is submitted, it will undergo an initial review by program staff to confirm it is complete and ready for formal consideration.
Completed applications are then placed on the agenda for the AHTF Advisory Board, which is responsible for recommending fund allocations to the Dauphin County Board of Commissioners. The Advisory Board meets publicly on the second Thursday of February, April, June, August, October and December at the Dauphin County Office of Community and Economic Development, 2 South 2nd Street, Room 214, Harrisburg, PA 17101. Following their review, the Advisory Board votes on a recommendation, which is then sent to the Board of Commissioners for a final decision at a regularly scheduled meeting.
