This walk in the woods will explore the wellness benefits of spending time in a natural environment. Forest-bathing-inspired sensory initiations will be offered throughout the walk to encourage the use of the senses in nature and support the nature-wellness connection. This program will provide a means for you to nurture with nature. A Park Rx wellness program sponsored by Highmark Blue Shield. Advance registration is required; space is limited.
