Pause for a moment and take a deep breath. What do you hear? What do you smell? Join us for a relaxing morning in nature. Justin Ferko of Wild Spirit Paths will lead 2 guided sensory meditation walks along this new trail – one for families & one for adults only. Tea and light refreshments will be available after each walk. Registrants 12 and under must be accompanied by a chaperone for the duration of the family guided walk. Pre-registration required. Space is limited.
