Upset Sale to be held Tuesday, September 29th, 2026, at 6:00pm

In the Jury Assembly Room, located in the basement of the Dauphin County Courthouse Located at 101 Market Street Harrisburg, PA 17101

 

**ENTRANCE WILL BE THROUGH THE REAR OF THE COURTHOUSE THAT FACES BLACKBERRY ALLEY. YOU MUST PASS THROUGH SECURITY.**

 

Sale Registration to be held

From Monday, August 24th, 2026 through Friday, September 4th, 2026 9:00am to 3:00pm

Located at 2 South Second Street, 1st Floor Harrisburg, PA 17101

Per PA Act 33 of 2021, registration will ONLY be held during the above timeframe.

ONLY REGISTERED BIDDERS ARE PERMITTED TO ENTER SALE.

Photo ID and a current up to date mailing address is required to register.

Registration fee is $100 – payable by cash or check only.

You may print and fill out a copy of the Certification of Purchaser & Affidavit Form (see below) and bring with you to registration. Affidavit must be notarized.

 

No Sale shall be cancelled and money returned to the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to research property prior to auction. Make sure of what you are buying.
