Magisterial District Judge Office Changes

On Aug. 13, a malfunction of the fire suppression system caused flooding within the offices of Magisterial District Judge Joseph S. Lindsey. The offices at 5925 Locust Lane, Harrisburg, (for District 12-1-06) will be closed for several months for repairs. During that time, Judge Lindsey’s hearings will be held in space used by Magisterial District Judge William Wenner (5925 Stevenson Ave., Harrisburg) and Magisterial District Judge Dale Klein (8010 Bretz Drive, Harrisburg). Parties with matters before Judge Lindsey should call Judge Wenner’s office at 717-545-0261 for information about filings and locations.
