American Rescue Plan

Dauphin County has launched this webpage to keep the public informed about the county’s American Rescue Plan Act allocation through the ARP State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF). As part of the American Rescue Plan, Dauphin County has been allocated $54 million to invest in the county’s recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. It is our goal to use this website as a portal for important ARP information and transparent reporting on the use of ARP-SLFRF funds. Our goal is to provide up-to-date information about the SLFRF program and how funds will be distributed in Dauphin County to promote a strong and equitable recovery. Dauphin County has carefully reviewed the recently released Treasury Final Rule and is continuing to consult the Rule in order to maximize efficiency, streamline reporting and compliance, and deliver impactful local investments based on stakeholder and community feedback.
