Procurement

The Procurement Division of the Budget & Finance Office assists in getting the various County offices the materials and services it needs to serve its residents. In addition to managing needs from the various County offices, we oversee the Co-op Purchasing Program which allows local municipalities to purchase items from our supplies at our negotiated rates. We also handle the process for any advertised bids required by County Code and maintain vendor files and bidder lists.

Dauphin County uses an electronic procurement via the PennBid Program.  All documents are available to you online plus you can submit and update your proposals right from your office.
