Case Management Services

The Dauphin SCA offers Case Management and Intensive Case Management services to all Dauphin County residents. Both levels of case management include following treatment progress and providing support and resources to individuals based on their needs. 

General Case Management is automatically provided to all individuals receiving SCA funding. Intensive Case Management is a more intensive direct service available to all Dauphin County residents in need of assistance in obtaining needed support services, such as: 

  • Housing
  • Other basic needs (food, clothing) 
  • Childcare
  • Employment 
  • Education and/or job training 
  • Transportation 
  • Substance Abuse Treatment 
  • Legal support 
  • Mental health 
  • Physical health 
  • Family and social support 
  • Life skills
