Have you ever heard the phrase “playing possum”?  This phrase comes from North America’s only marsupial the Virginia Opossum! Join a Naturalist to explore the world of Opossums by looking at their awesome adaptations and how they benefit humans. This will include a short walk, craft, and a game. Participants will even get to meet a live Opossum from Acorn Acres Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. Registrants must be accompanied by a chaperone for the duration of the program. A maximum of one chaperone per child is permitted. Space is limited. Pre-registration required.
