Hit the Road Education Tours: Presidental Homes

Join the Friends of Fort Hunter on a two-day bus trip of four presidents’ homes in the scenic countryside of Virginia. A highlight of the trip is the energetic narration provided by Dr. Donald Koones. On this tour you will explore the homes of Washington, Madison, Jefferson & Monroe!Trip Includes:
- October 5: Mount Vernon – Mansion & historic area, Ford Orientation Center, Donald
Reynold’s Museum, distillery, gristmill, lunch on your own | Montpelier Mansion and
Highlights Tour | Lodging at Best Western Plus Crossroads Inn & Suites with dinner on
your own - October 6: Complimentary Breakfast | Monticello – Highlights Group Tour | Lunch and
tour at Michie Tavern | James Monroe’s Highland – Guided Tour of Main House, Guest
House and Exhibits | Dinner on your own on the trip home

Triple Occupancy: $370 members | $395 non-members
Quad Occupancy: $355 members | $380 non-members
Tickets are non-refundable unless the trip is canceled, but they are transferable!
